This is really something cool, and it is exactly what I was looking for. To give a context, I worked on some data science-inspired studies [1] about LoL, and the future research direction is to provide a formal modeling for the games and analyze them through it. While I had a little success by getting aggregated data from websites such as uol.gg, the granularity is not fine enough to do very interesting analysis.

I have followed this guy for some years now, and he keeps doing marvelous stuff on complex networks and related analysis. I worked on the two parts of a similar idea regarding post-rock music; the first part became a Medium post [1], while I never finished the second one (although the idea is to publish it, I also do research on complex networks and their analysis).

I do love Polars, and I constantly use it (I'm a network scientist and usually work with a lot of data). However, it is beyond me why I cannot use it on a M1 Mac. As soon as I import it in python, the latter gets killed with "illegal hardware instruction".

> Jones based the name of his movement on the supposed fact that the third in a series of waves is the strongest.

I cannot find any useful reference to this fact. Any pointer?

I always wondered how one can start learning APL or similar array oriented language. Any suggestions? I'd like to give it a try!
