Creating a share structure like this makes me worry that the founders will continue to have a controlling stake in the company, and new investors won't be able to exert any influence over the company. Companies run by ideologues like WeWork often do a lot of things that aren't necessarily in the best interest of their investors (like banning meat from their offices). If the public investors have no power to reign that in, you're completely at the mercy of the founder.

Hey, they may have said nothing, but at least they didn't use a lot of words doing it. In that sense, it's a better mission statement than most politicians have.

If you're in a senior role with your company, you should be helping in the hiring process. If you're helping with the hiring process, you should be familiar with and prepared for a coding interview.

The only real problem here is that some interviewers ask questions that are too difficult to be solved in 40 minutes unless you've already seen the question before.
