Correct, that's tax breaks that apply to any company.

No, fossil fuels aren't subsidised.

People consume them because they are the most efficient.

Energy is heavily taxed. On all stages. Upstream royalties, licensing, retail gasoline, retail electricity.

Around 3% of GDP is taxes to fossil energy.

Assuming a yearly GDP of 70 trillion for the G20, that's more than 10 trillion USD paid in taxes since 2015, from fossil fuels to the governments.

A sweet deal for governments!

Nonsense.

I wouldn't use the word "decent" for someone who pokes their nose at your use of the F-word and voice intonation. I would rather use "control freaks".

You are not very representative of society

Tesla is worth 600 billion dollars. Means the world is very impatient to buy their cars actually.

Also, you don't get to decide how people behave and treat each other. The social equilibrium is such that you only get to decide on your behaviors.

Yes, the amount of ingratitude you have to see after changing the world. "You shouted at a person. You said the F word!"

If I had to summarize the internet in one feeling, that would be jealousy

It's almost as if both have the same syndrome.

Some people find these behaviors odd.

I find odd finding these behaviors odd.

Envy runs very high on the internet.

You will now see "psychiatrists", "judges", "moral priests", condemning Elon's behavior. They are mostly driven by envy and greed.

Elon is a driven person that can be temperamental when things don't get done. If that's not your style you don't have to work with him. He didn't cross any lines and at the end his company has been extremely successful to everybody's benefit.
