I would add if you leave because a place is terrible… leave out what you think is terrible about your current or previous company in your new interview. Focus on the positives and your professional growth. It is almost always a red flag if someone focuses on their pain points with the previous org. After you’re hired you can for sure bring up a lesson you learned from the previous org that is related to a successful outcome you want to create with your new team.
