Sweden has an its version of CPS. The first time they will do an investigation but without any proof, nothing will happen. After a few of these without any indication of harm being done to the child they will just ignore them as it has been investigated.

You can’t really cause problems for people this way.

No you don’t, it is very clear. Within EEA, not in Sweden. I work in accounting and we just solved this for a Spanish client without any initial employees in Sweden.

All of these things are easy if you know how to do them. But if you have never done them, it takes some time to learn. My advice is get an external accountant to do this for you, only takes a few hours and they can teach you everything you want to know.

Income tax and capital gains tax are two different things and two different rules sets. In Sweden income tax is max ~56% while max capital gains is 30%.

I live in Sweden and most SWEs I know earn 6000usd or 72k/year after only 5 years.

Earning above 100k is not uncommon.

Income tax is 30-33% up to ~4500usd/month, for everything above it is 50-55%. Capital income tax is 20-30% depending on the type of capital.

I have a very boring job and there are two ways I handle it.

1. While the work is boring, taking pride in doing a good job is enjoyable. I’m happier the days I go home and feel I have done a good job than those days I do nothing.

2. Realize it is just a job. Tomorrow I am going hiking, on Monday climbing and on Tuesday I have a date. Filling my weekends and evenings with things I love makes going through a boring workday easier. My job exists to pay for my life and let me do things I enjoy. Do not seek happiness in work.

Visma Sign is about 1$/sign, check it out.

As an accountant, the answer is a lot of companies sign hundreds of documents every month. I alone send around a hundred documents for digital signing every year and I’m not management. Also most solutions are shit right now, so a lot of money to be made from those who can make a good solution.

There are a lot of them in Scandinavia and they have problems.

You still have to fire people but now it’s your coworkers firing you and taking away your right to a share of the profits at the same time.

Being disliked or considered to not be pulling your weight will have you fired very quickly because you are reducing your coworkers profits.

There are other problems and in many cases it becomes a nightmare of politics. We had a situation a few decades ago where unions were allowed on the boards of companies and they quickly realized it was the worst thing to happen to them.

It is hard to advocate for works rights and increased salaries when you are responsible for the profitability of the company.

Taxes are calculated using net profit which is 153k.

Gross profit = sales - cost of goods

Net profit = sales - all costs
