The article stage some sites got shut down. It does not sound like normal delisting on google. The normal dmca takedowns on google are usually for specific content/urls.
Guess hosting etc. was in US for DMCA to be applicable to these sites

Needed copying a pdf file from iPhone to PC. That was absolutely impossible! Tried USB, WiFi and Bluetooth. None of the built in apps or sharing services allowed copying the file over.
Rinsed ny iPhone XS to clean off some dirt. FaceID stopped working and I could see fog on the inside of the camera. Guess the seals/glued parts no longer held up
