So the problem is not with AWS but with the devops on client end who manages AWS.
This in not an technical problem. If you didn't protect your cloud resources properly, you will be hacked and data will be held for ransom.
Say Snapchat mentioned in its TOS that you should not use this product to copy the features under reverse engineering and it proved that Facebook employees did it. Does Snapchat has a legal claim?

Do you support subscription model i.e., auto charging a credit card every month for a SAAS product? From what I understood, RBI banned auto charging customers credit card. I am not sure.

I am an Indian. The first time I came to know about Koch brother when I watched "News Room" show. In which they where depicted as nothing but evil business men.
After reading this post, do I think they are kind hearted, good-doing business men? Not exactly. But it intrigue me to read more about their works rather than assuming they are selfish minded, evil business men.
