Ask HN: Idea HN: Google scholar but you get the original paper for a concept

I find it difficult sometimes to find the original paper of an idea/concept/theory and I'd really like a platform where I could search for that. I noticed that it's rather easier to understand the respect concept from the original paper than from the additional levels of papers written on it.

Even better, if there's the option to see the evolution of a concept. Maybe something in the lines of a network of citations?
