Hair thin anything can look transparent though. I seems to be paper thin.
As building products go, I believe rot resistant glass infused wood as a substitute for pressure treated wood is a more useful product specially in humid regions.

Yes but once they are used for tax evasion and underground economy they can become worthless in hands of people that deal with it as a legal asset. Governments can regulate any asset class.
Einstein could have been the best ballet dancer!
Michael Phelps could have been the next Tesla! .... NOT
Talent is not specific at birth but it has direction. Certain types of processing are more natural for certain brains and the outcomes are random given the opportunities to master a certain skill.
Talent and interest go hand in hand. The interest is the driver but it won't exist without the processing ability and opportunity.
'Evaluations of an economy's productivity performance are made using a measure of real gross domestic product (GDP), which represents the constant dollar income (labour income plus profits) that an economy generates through domestic production, with the volume or constant dollar indices being calculated from the prices'
'DP=(GDP/Hours)*(Hours), (1)
where Hours is the total number of worker-hours.
Chart 1 depicts changes in each of these components over time. For the entire 1961-to-2012 period, labour productivity advanced at a 1.9% annual average, accounting for slightly more than half of the increase in GDP growth. The rest is attributed to hours, which increased at 1.5% per year on average.
Aggregate GDP measures the returns to both labour and capital. Distributional concerns lead to questions about whether the share going to labour increases over time and, in particular, how productivity growth is related to real income.'

'In Mahasoa, nearly everyone participates in the crayfish economy in one way or another. People use them to fatten up pigs and chickens, or eat them with rice'
The bureaucracy had nothing to do with it. They did not want to spend the money to create a new craft. The long bodies aircraft was not airworthy physically speaking and so the software was designed to limit its pitch to prevent it from stalling.
All aircrafts can stall and some angle of attack but a long+narrow aircraft is way more sensitive.
Design of an aircraft from scratch would have flagged it as poor design right away.
They can intercept post de-encryption data if they hack the firmware during design period and get access.
