If you read modern literature , there is a lot of noise and hyperbole. Like 20% females being raped while studying at college. It comes from well accepted study, was quoted in several journals, but obviously has to be open to some interpretation.
My guess young samurais would prefer seppuku over chores and punishment. Perhaps look into Kyōgen to get some perspective.
It is mostly South Europe, not wilderness but more like 10 km from nearest village of 2000 people. Injuring dog is a serious offense here ($20k fine, perhaps jail). I am also foreigner, not local citizen...

Other points are kind of irrelevant. Bobie streamers are not harmed, are self-employed, and are "sexualizing" themselves. Many of them are former sex workers, they can make more money on streaming. You could even say, Twitch reduces overall violence.
