Just loved this.

I feel that the basics like sleep, going outside before 10am and exercise were the most helpful. I also picked up tons of useful tips from Huberman Labhttps://hubermanlab.com/understand-and-improve-memory-using-...

Great idea. How do you plan people to actually remember track stuff? I can track only work-related stuff. I keep going back to tracking stuff like mood, books I read etc, but forget in a few days.

Speak as much as possible, even if your only conversation partner is your dog.

Comes as a non-brainer given the nature of the community, but I always felt that writing is a fitting way to network for introverts. If you produce content, you will find a group of like-minded people to share ideas with, while skipping the need to socialize face-to-face.

I would catch on some meaningful activities for the community and did some interesting physical activity, as in hiking in great locations, surfing, etc. When I work 60 hr work week, it doesn't leave much space for doing something beyond bare necessities in terms of exercise.

Sounds like you could enjoy being a security engineer and focus of identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in sofware/systems. More problem solving, less engineering. Or maybe just go for a pet project with people you actually like, because the aversion to processes might just be a sign of bad management.

Start with figuring out what persisting problem in your daily life or in the lives of people you know you can solve. When I'm stuck, I try to remember what complaints came up a lot and try to build something around that idea. If it doesn't stem from issues relevant to me, I tend to forget about the projects, so it helps.
