I've made two 'games' with ren'py in the past, and it's really fun engine to work in and quite an amazing engine as it can be used for the most basic straight forward game with little programming experience but also scales up to some pretty complex stuff if you have the means.

I always felt that way too however after coming back to the GBA with now with larger adult hands it's also too cramped for me. its way too unwieldy and heavy but I feel like I would need something like a GameGear these days.

The Nintendo switch is a much more compelling device that I can actually see a use case for, but yeah not for me mine also sits unused for more than 2 years now.

while the device is novel and I wish the devs the best, I just cant wrap my head around who would actually want to use this device?

The Gimmick seems like it would wear off rather fast for anyone interested in gaming, the Seasonal model of games released seems to put all the risk on the consumer to hope they make more. the games dont actually look all the interesting, and as a fun toy for non-gamers it seems to expensive.

to me it looks like a product a lot of teenage engineering fans and hipsters will want to buy but after a week sits on a shelf unused.

It really wouldn't make any sense if it weren't? as by raw power the previous gen was already more powerful right?

I guess I just dont understand but the Model S long range is 652km and Model X is 580km, doesn't this just fall inline with what they can already do?

I dont think a Pi-hole would work for this, because google serves the ads from the same location as the content (the same reason pi-hole can't block youtube ads)
