Director, Growth Engineering
I'm looking for an experienced leader to oversee an organization of ~25 engineers across three teams, directly managing a growth platform team while providing strategic and organizational leadership across the full group. This is a high-ownership leadership role for a Director who is both people-first and visionary: someone who is passionate about growth engineering and maximizing the potential of an already high-performing team.
This role requires deep technical expertise in designing and shipping growth systems.
