The entire book is super important. Plausible and scary predictions for the next 40 years with many positive solutions.(Pumping the water from underneath the major glaciers to keep them from sliding into the ocean.) It's heartening to see the world come together over Ukraine, a template for how we could come together over climate change.

Just went down the list from the top on Amazon looking for masks in black. A lot aren't there, some have way out delivery dates. Dr. Smile, Lutema (flat fold!)and KN Flax are the first to pop up though delivery dates are next week.

You might want to think twice about the future of the Davis housing market. Remote learning is changing how students get degrees and UC schools are no exception. Online and "hybrid" classes are here to stay at every level. Who wouldn't want a morning class when all you have to do is roll over and open your laptop? This is going to seriously impact demand for housing in Davis. I'd wait and see how enrollments and housing patterns settle out before planning any project.
