One step closer to learning how they made the pyramids.

I have a few items from Arms of Andes that are really great. Highly recommend.

I ran into a similar situation as you after wearing synthetic clothing at the gym. It led me to create unwraplife.co as a database for plastic free clothing (no kickbacks here or anything shady, just a database).

You honestly might just have to have one custom made. For ex. Ecobalanza makes very high quality and nontoxic furniture.

This is a major issue we have found while building https://www.unwraplife.co/.

We only list brands that are A) plastic-free and B) use non-toxic materials.

The list of large-ish brands that fit those specifications can be counted on one hand.

The industry is rife with corner cutting, greenwashing, and lack of disclosure.

Definitely. But Seat 61 is absolutely the best source for at least trying to make it easy. The site has saved me hundreds of hours of research.

Thanks so much. If you have any ideas send a message through the site or DM me on X (https://twitter.com/Dilnewm)

Thanks for the kind words and the offer of support.

Right now there is no affiliates or monetization etc. I just found myself in the same position as you and wanted to offer what I learned to others.

Just sharing the project with people would be much appreciated... As well as submitting any brands I may have missed.

I'm collecting a list of companies that seem to fit the qualifications, but am unclear on if they do. Have already started reaching out to those to confirm.

In our case it means 100% plastic free. It's much harder, but it can be done. For example: https://mover.eu/products/merino-techfleece-jacket

Materials Face fabric: 100% merino wool Bindings: 100% merino wool Threads: 100% cotton Zip teeth: 100% zinc copper Zip tape: 100% cotton Zip slider: 100% zinc copper Zip puller: 100% zinc copper Labels: 100% organic cotton

Thanks for the feedback.

On point #2, the mission (https://www.plasticfreeindex.com/about) is to focus on plastic's impact on human health not environmental. Although I agree the impact of plastics on the planet is important, I want to bring awareness to the major impact it is having on humans.

Thanks for the feedback. Im no designer so hearing you say all that totally makes sense and will work on that.

Yes, more filters coming soon. If you have any brands you know of please submit them!

RA creates a sort of skin rash for most (all?) people. If you google image search you will see what I mean.

I would suggest focusing less on the "how much volume" and rather more on the "how much DHA & EPA". Dr. Rhonda Patrick suggest 4g per day though.

Personally I was doing 2 teaspoons during that time and continue to do so today - liquid version (they also make capsules).

As for Cod - it looks like Carlson Cod has DHA and EPA but I personally use the "Very finest fish oil" one.

The one thing according to Dr. Patrick is that the plant based versions just don't work the same.

Original brand was out of Sweden and I can't find it anymore. But now using Carlson which you can find at any Whole Foods and it has been great.

Had a major flare up of RA after a particularly stressful moment in life. Went to doctor who prescribed steroid lotion - a non starter.

After research and some trial and error what solved it fairly quickly were high doses of extremely high quality fish oil (DHA & EPA) and an overall cleaner diet with less low quality gluten.

As for the "spots" sunlight seemed to be the best disinfectant to the point where now if there is any flare up I just get a nice tan and they go away.

I have no scientific basis for any of this so DYOR.

It's not only "living longer" as a whole organism, but also your individual organs living longer (that ultimately impact aging). Take ovaries for example: Menopause causes major health problems (osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, etc) for women and women now spend on average more time post-menopause than pre. There's a good writeup about this problem and the companies researching it here: https://spannr.com/articles/oviva-therapeutics-raises-11-5m-...
