Apple is not like steam charge more for lower tier developer. Usually differentiate pricing is a sign of monopoly. Or force bundle. Instead the court seemed to force price differential and lone developer would have to pay more (in the need to do external payment).

Very good. Just wonder why 32 bit. Initially it is the restriction of IDA. But the latest only restrict to Intel and not ARM (or others). It does have 64 bit. Wonder why? As studied 32 bit is a bit historical these days as the world move on ... IDA hobby version :
