I think it's great that you've developed an app with Svelte and you're using OAuth 2.0 login with Firebase. It's awesome that you actually published something!
Things I don't like: The design, the lack of information on how to use it, it seems to be broken in Firefox - or maybe I just don't know how to use it.
What has working with the mapbox map been like? I tried to create a world map website before but I did a custom map. In the end I spent all my time getting overlays on the map to work before I got bored and moved on to something else.
I honestly think it's bad implementations of SPAs that give them a bad name. The web experience for Reddit so just terrible. Thank god (and the original devs) for old.reddit!
I find it unusual that people can think this came from a 'wet market'. Those people will go as far as verbally attacking you if you suggest it originated or leaked from within a lab. Furthermore those people will claim it doesn't matter where it came from. The aggressive response seems agenda driven.
In my humble opinion, people should play to their strengths. Does the person in question want to learn how to think quickly in interviews or meetings? Or is it a manager-type setting these situations up?
