Got deep into interview with this company (3rd round) and they ghosted me. I’m starting to feel like I dodged a bullet

right but if some short-term relief helps you get back on your feet and out of the suicide groove, you are doing better for them long-term

your alimony and child support amounts should be tied to your income levels right? if so, you could see if your obligation can be reduced since you don't have any income. I think a lawyer would be good to have for this process but maybe not strictly required in the short term if you just need immediate relief from your support obligation.

Are people worried about the costs of cocaine prohibition these days? I expected this headline to be about meth or fentanyl

I also cut my teeth as a preteen with qbasic, modifying Gorillas.bas :)

I had gotten ahold of a qbasic extender that somebody published along with a "learn games in qbasic" book. It was a TSR that would expose some extended functionality to the qbasic runtime environment, allowing a 320x200 8bit color mode that was really fun to play around in. Anybody else remember this TSR?

When he talks about pushing the art forward, I wonder if he is also talking about the art of game design. Is he going to show us a futuristic vision of the classic point & click gameplay, or is this part still stuck in the past?
