Quick everyone, create decoy repos for them to vibe in. When the feature doesn't appear "oh feature gate system has an incident try tomorrow". Even better make the decoy repo have an insufferable pipeline that always breaks and get them in a loop trying to fix it. An adveserial "red team" LLM can keep it broken! But tantalizingly with different problems so progress is felt.
You have to have really good tests as it fucks up in strange ways people don't (because I think experienced programmers run loops in their brain as they code)
Good news - agents are good at open ended adding new tests and finding bugs. Do that. Also do unit tests and playwright. Testing everything via web driving seems insane pre agents but now its more than doable.
Yeah that large company promo thing drives me nuts. Perpetual gaslighting "meh... that was too easy lel". Yeah thanks. Often stuff isn't easy but hard to explain why if the solution turned out to look easy.
What is funny is you can dance through the hoops for 3-5 years for promo. Or grind leet for 100 hrs and get it by jumping.
