That all may be true, and be even more worrying.

Wow, all these Hateful elon comments might be warranted, but are not what I though HN was about. Maybe this isnt the right forum to have actual discussions anymore.

A small dumpster.

This needs to be bigger news. I never see this stuff covered and its absolutely insane what is going on.

This looks like it applies mostly to the blue checks. Having an unobvious verified parody account does raise issues, but its hard to know exactly where to draw the line.

Is this considered a constructive comment on HN?

Yup, had to sue them then suddenly my funds were availabe again. Should have just taken them to court anyway in retrospect. I only sbop there as a last resort and will never sell there again after over 45k in sales. They actively hate their sellers from what I can tell.

Most work cannot be done remotely. You are in a tech bubble. A majority of people have to be present to do things.

Free returns are the only thing overcoming my reluctance to shop online. Retailers that discontinue it will see massive sales drops. Hell, even with returns I am sick of having to return so many counterfiet and damaged items. Arguing with someone who is not even speaking their born language is unduly frusturating each time amzn borks my order.

So she is claiming the flat corprate style, but with more saturation, as her own? Thats ballsy. It's a style for sure, but one based on looking oversimplified and generic imo. No suprise its easy to emulate, and a common averaging result. Its not as likely an actually distinct style, unless massively popular, would have this issue. That said, the greater question is no less valid; what elemens of style do we own, and how will ownership manifest moving forward when many new works use ai images as a starting poit, which are then based on other artists work, some of them being ai generated. Will it become a feedback loop sooner, or later, and what will that look like?

Thats a reducto ad absrudium at best. While you have a point, schools and even museums are generally compensated for providing these training models to the public, to look at it in a ml way.

You dont really think elon himself is solving those problems do you? He is a showrunner not the person doing the engineering.

It wasn't exactly free, but a crony system from what I can tell. Honestly feels way too cheap at 5$ for what it is and the unjustified weight it carries.

1. There was no workaround published when he commented. 2. Why not just use the working workaround link in the first place?

I wonder what effect this will have on the gnu/linux community. Will this be a chilling effect, or will there be a boom in updates and software as they transition?

Sidenote, if you are a project maintainer, please do not cripple the worlds use of your code because you disagree with the conflict, as it rather hurts us all.

There are a class of women who have made their politics their image and men want no part in it. Their dating is usually reserved for people of their percieved ingroup, of which men can constitute a vanishingly small part. Unwilling to date outside that group is the biggest issue, with their ingroup signalling to other groups being a secondary hurdle. Hence the recent rise of neo-trad signalling by otherwise non traditional persons (for dating). Its not a new problem, but its current incarnation sure looks weird.

You can install a rollcage so that is not tHe case, but not in all cars, and they have their own issues. Generally when you have a cage, you also want a 4 5 or 6 point restraint, making it impractical for a daily driver. Nevermind that you now need new seats, and the seats mean you need a detachable steering wheel to get into, and there goes your airbag.
