And, even if it were a crime, that doesn't suddenly make it "evil" or something that victimizes the "citizens of the US." The law is not the arbiter of good and evil, and very often it's on the side of evil. Miscegenation was a crime. Sodomy was a crime. Those acts were no more evil then than they are now.
Those all seem pretty reasonable given the current environment? Are Epstein and his associates not pedophiles? Are minorities not allowed to exercise the second amendment rights the right champions for themselves? Is it unfair to call someone cosplaying for a social media account that regularly posts repurposed Nazi slogans a Nazi?
Whiteness is a 19th century concept designed purely to exclude certain, typically immigrant, groups. It’s why Irish, Italian, or Slavic people weren’t historically considered “white,” or why white supremacists today can’t agree on whether Hispanics, Jews, or Indians are “white.” It’s entirely arbitrary. They could have just as easily made a racial category based solely around hair or eye color.
