The quote is confusing, because it's not always clear which Hall brother "Hall" refers to. Edward Hall, who developed the Minuteman missiles, was the brother of Theodore Hall, the spy. I think you may have misunderstood the proposal. Your 3rd party library example would have to write `pystd2025::HashMap<pystd2025::U8String, size_t> member;`. Isn't that stable?
