That doesn't necessarily indicate whether or not she's a better swimmer than she would be if she'd started later than 6 months old, though - maybe the first months were entirely pointless or maybe they're why she's so great already at 3.
Personally, I love Keybase and it is my #1 choice for communicating with a few people, but bugs are far too frequent for me to consider it for a business.
It's getting better, but not close being business ready imo.
Doable for some, even easy for some, but for the vast majority of people.... very hard.
