Agree - carbon tax could be a quick way to make carbon-intensive business much less profitable. The issue with this is it needs to be implemented world-wide otherwise companies have a big incentive to relocate their production where the tax is cheaper.
How do you feel about reading before bed? I'm usually tired and just want to call it a night. I've found reading in the morning (during breakfast to be a different but sometimes more pleasurable experience).
Do you have any numbers or stats on its impact on language learning? Is it more or less effective than just learning a vocab list? What base level should one have before using it? etc...?
