Hey, I'm looking for a new gig in a small company. I've been mainly chased until now, which landed me series of jobs that others wanted me to do, rather than something that truly inspired me to get out of bed.

Linkedin jobs mostly seem garbage, is there a more adapter place where people find technology jobs?

Agreed, LinkedIn is shit, I don't bother with it either.

I found an excellent recruiter for my niche and reach out to him every time I feel like a new role.

With LinkedIn, the key is to network with folks in the company you want to join or recruiters at those companies. My roles mostly came from LinkedIn.

Also there are some interesting slack channels for specific areas in tech and some people post openings there.
