I wonder if there is a difference in what they sell in different parts of the US. Does NYC get better or worse nutrition than Texas?

In other parts of the world without established dairy industries (because most of the world is lactose-intolerant) it would make sense to have to find a different sweetener.

Someone here is being intentionally dense. Mother's milk is naturally sweet - nearly all calories come from simple carbohydrates. All formula is naturally sweet. The only thing different is the form the sweetener takes.
