I don't care how hardened the enclosure is. An angle grinder from Home Depot or a truck with a solid tow winch will rip that thing off a wall in under three minutes. At current GPU market values, you’re basically bolting an un-monitored ATM to the side of a house and hoping for the best.
If you live somewhere in which you need to lock your front door (or worry about someone grinding off electrical equipment), you need to move.
there would be some liability contract or insurance attached.
