I think the pipeline is not really about the 30u30 list as a whole, but about the cover of the magazine, which I feel has had a very high rate of fraud.
They separate each other by spending money on YouTube ads and sponsorships and jacking up prices to offer 50%, no 70% no NINETY PERCENT DISCOUNT if you subscribe for 17 years using my promo code MisterSandman!
Can we stop calling things you find weird “American?” Like Jesus Christ, Europe isn’t some special land where everyone makes food from scratch and capitalism doesn’t exist.
I’m not even American, but are we seriously judging people for baking cakes using cake mixes? It’s been around for almost a century. I highly doubt that cake mixes aren’t just as common in Europe than they are in the US within a margin of error.
This is not just an unfounded theory but a completely insane theory. Many (all?) of the countries ahead of the US in test scores also don’t “beat their kids” because that is absolutely fucking insane.
It’s such an American thing, to blame something on a lack of violence.
I think what ICE is doing is bad, but I do feel a bit annoyed with how the media is reporting this. They WERE misusing the B1 Visa a bit - at least that’s what the facts point to, and that’s the only reason they are sending workers back to Korea.
I understand why they did this (H1B is painful and a B1 visa may have been the only way to get people to train American factory workers), but it’s not like they were completely innocent. South Koreans were still treated with a lot more respect and dignity than almost any other ethnicity has been.
I understand you made the app because of your own needs as a someone in a co parenting situation, but you’d have a lot more luck by removing that from your pitch. I see on your website you’ve mentioned friends or roommates which is a much bigger market.
The service itself sounds very useful, Splitwise is good but requires all parties to use and respect the app
