I'm not OP, but I'm pretty sure the point is the ritual of it, not the genre itself. Anything will work as long as it's specifically for working, and you don't play the music elsewhere. If you can get a subconscious link in your brain between that music and working, ideally you can be more focused when listening to it.

My favorite was the one talking about their "constitutional right to privacy" before dropping their full address in the FCC complaint.

Unfortunately, at no fault of Godot itself, Sonic Colors Ultimate isn't really a great title to advertise Godot, due to the increased issues on this version of the game.[0]

Whether a work is transformative or not isn't the only factor that goes towards a fair use ruling. Bring transformative is just a part of the "purpose and character of use", which is a single factor weighed alongside the nature of the original work, the amount and substance used (if the "heart of the work" was copied), and the effect the derivative has on the market for the original work. It's much more complicated here, and will have to be ruled on a case-by-case basis, as far as I know, and copyright holders could potentially make many cases using the other factors that a use isn't fair. I do think it should be considered fair use, but as the law currently stands, it does appear to be more complex, at least from my point of view.

Note: I am absolutely not a legal expert.

Sites like PhotoPea and Google Docs capture right-click to offer right-click menus more in line with what you'd expect from a desktop application. You could argue that other UX schemes can work without that, but since that's what a lot of people are used to, I'd say they count as valid use cases.

Demo of the music video "Bad Apple" being played on this monitor (or at least an iteration of it): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XduK7wn9SE4

There's some other new content in the game after completing a few endings from the original game. You'll know it when you see it.

It's been a chat client for such a long time that I think it makes sense to add Matrix support, which is a much more modern protocol than the others supported. I think we've all just forgot that it has chat features, since it only supported protocols like Google Talk, IRC, and XMPP.

Yup. "2.5.6 Apps that browse the web must use the appropriate WebKit framework and WebKit Javascript."[0]

There's actually another (terribly convoluted) way to "purchase" apps, with another computer and an old version of iTunes[0]. This version of iTunes supports searching for and purchasing apps, so it can be used to get the license for apps. I used it to get Spotify working on my 2012 iPad, installing iTunes on Linux with WINE.

Since the dolphin comment wasn't in the OP article, thought I'd add the context that this is something he wrote last year in an email to employees (https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidjeans/2020/11/20/mortgages...). Awful...

As someone who has and loves to use a split mechanical keyboard (Ergodox-like), I'd argue against this, unless you already know the recipient wants one. Most importantly, it took me several hours over a couple weeks to get up to a reasonable speed, so if they aren't already dedicated to using a split keyboard, they may give up using it after a little bit. (Granted, my regular typing style is nothing like standard home-row typing; it may be way easier to adjust for a person already used to typing "correctly".) In addition, watch out for stuff like switch preferences. Like another commenter said, don't get a keyboard for a keyboard enthusiast, unless you know exactly what they want. To be fair, this doesn't apply to most people, as most probably wouldn't care too much, but it's something else to watch out for.

I love my split keyboard, and if you know a person will use it, it's a fantastic gift. But, just make sure it's something they actually will use, or else you're spending potentially hundreds of dollars on something that won't get use.

I've only played for a couple minutes, but from my experience it works perfectly on Linux.

Okay, I tried a few things out and I think I understand what happened. "\" is "I'm Feeling Lucky" for a search. You can even see this in regular DuckDuckGo, for example if you search "\wikipedia". The "\+" part is more of an coincidence. If you search "\+" with the quotes[0], you can see that the Clark County page is one of the first results. So, it appears that the query "\\+" is asking to search "\+" and open the top result, and that link just happens to be the result (even if it appears seconded when searching for an exact instance of "\+").
