I was founder and ceo of kaggle. I’ve been out of kaggle for 2.5 years. Super excited to see this announcement. Could solve the biggest problem in the LLM ecosystem.
People data has ~85% coverage at the moment for people who put their resume data online. We are going to be adding some others sources (e.g. Github profiles) that will help improve coverage, particularly for technical personas.
As in a search box where you can ask free form queries rather than applying filters? We haven't heard much demand for that yet, so haven't prioritized it. We will if it's a common request.
It's a mix. Some companies write nice posts with very specific projects. Some are vague and full of buzz words. As an example, Trafigura have the nice pattern of posting a project the new hire will tackle in their first six months (e.g. https://sumble.com/l/z6m9djMq9H).
