That's very sharp but why do we want to apply the rules of Fiat currency onto BC? Why can't we do transaction and have handshake to return the same "value" later or some percentage of the prevailing value like interest. ?
I absolutely agree with you. Speed shouldn't play any role in ranking. However in regards to relevancy RankBrain is going to eventually train itself to push the most relevant/respected results. Will have to wait and watch how it spans out.
I doubt if there is any physical newspaper doing it. I would suggest shortlisting 2-3 monthly magazines based on your interest and I believe that will do the job.
