Doing heavy barbell squats and deadlifts worked wonders for me. Three sets of five (with appropriate warmup of course).

Eliminated my back pain and led to a bunch of other non obvious life improvements.

You can subscribe to newsletters with any RSS reader nowadays, but it’s a multi step process requiring the use of an external (free) tool.

1. Create a feed on https://kill-the-newsletter.com/. This will also give you a custom email address to send your newsletter to.

2. Subscribe to the newsletter with the custom email address and add the feed you created to your reader.

This setup works very well for me with NetNewsWire though there is friction in the multiple steps. No affiliation with either, just a satisfied user.

You can always register the domain for 10 years, and then just keep renewing it every year so you always maintain 9 to 10 years of future paid registration.

Like you, this hasn’t been a problem for me.

My understanding is the SIGINT and CSS groups are essentially two separate organizations, somewhat firewalled from each other, with separate reporting chains all the way up to the director of the NSA. Is that true?
