Looks like an axe to me. The cutting edge of the axe is embedded into the surface. And the handle attaches near the back of the head like an axe. Most hammers I've seen the handle attaches in the middle.
I think they're being cheeky. I assume Orchestra is the dystopian company providing the "ShotSpotter" service to SF, and bop spotter is piggy backing on the api.
It sounds like you've already done the work... why not just share the numbers. I'm just asking to see what you claim to have. Unless... you don't have them and you're just making stuff up.
Interesting, I used Republic a few years ago during their beta period. Back then they were very upfront about routing calls/data over wifi whenever possible, even marketing it as a feature on their home page. Now I can't find any mention of routing over wifi on their main pages.
But I guess sometimes it doesn't work??
