Anyone can log in and post a listing. Unlike how it's represented in the Techcrunch article, there really is not much protection against brokers here. Particularly as RapidRealty is one of the "management companies" listing rentals on the site. Anyone who knows the NYC rental market should be able to draw their own conclusions from the presence of Rapid Realty on this site. Disappointing - got my hopes up that this really represented a change for NYC housing.
