They want a warrant for Microsofts data. The warrant comment is probably aimed at US citizens data on a third parties servers.
EFF explicitly says the Cloud Act enables:
'Empower U.S. police to grab any data, regardless if it's a U.S. person's or not, no matter where it is stored.'
I remember stumbling upon a grey background google menu on my... droid whatever and disabling all of this. Very creepy. Looks like it's still holding the preference after at least two new phones. I like that part.
So if you're going to be putting them in a db, why did you 'port' them to airtable? Wouldn't it be cheaper to store the files on s3 and insert in the db when you get your schema and everything solidified?
My android experience is limited, but these aren't android replacements. They're replacements for creating native android apps. They usually throw on a few, if not ten, megabytes of libraries and glue to get them to work on the respective os/framework they are landing on. Download size still matters outside of metropolitan areas, and performance is always important.
