Looking at current hd prices, I keep kicking myself for giving away several 3tb and couple of 4tb drives I had in my unraid server few years ago when I started upgrading my array to 8 and 12tb drives. At the time, a drive slot in my server was more valuable to me than a mere 3tb drive. i could have kept them for emergencies if any one of my array drives fail.

I wonder if someone has hooked this up to Kerbal Space Program.

That was a fun DLC. The zip lines were my favorite on the night maps.

That is odd. I did as well around the same time and mine shows September of this year.

If its public , how do you prevent others from accessing it?

How many cameras do you have on your frigate instance? i’ve been running frigate for couple years and seemed to have hit a limit of 6 cameras. 3 of them are wireless and 3 are connected to Ethernet. Mainly adding any more seems to adversely impact detection. I suspect it was maybe because the coral TPU board was hitting its limits. So I recently switched to intel arc a380 for inference. I’m going to add more cameras soon to see it helps.

Isn't migration to MENA - specifically migration to North Africa mainly from Sub-Saharan part of Africa?

>I have to wonder if Elon has spent too much social capital for this kind of cult of meme stock strategy to work again.

If social capital was an indicator , then Tesla stock would've cratered 2 years ago. Despite demand for tesla vehicles dropping. I don't think social capital matters these days.

Bambuddy and tailscale was my solution to losing access to mobile app once I went lan-only. Has video stream ,monitoring and control. Plus home assistant integration via MQTT. Only thing I’m missing is the ‘AI’ spaghetti monitoring. But those are rare for me.

I'm running my P2S in LAN mode. But I also blocked it on my router from connecting outward. Sure I can no longer use the mobile app. But BamBuddy solved that for me. It has a web UI that is mobile browser friendly.

Not just stateless, but also lack agency. An LLM or agent isn’t just going to wake up and suddenly decide it wants to perform a certain action or task without prior instructions.

Last fall I bought a 4tb Samsung 990 pro drive for $260. Now it retails between $800-900.

Even if PLAN ships aren’t as capable or matching the U.S, it doesn’t really matter. They just have to be there. The U.S is not going to risk an escalation with China.

This is incredible. I uploaded a diagram of a hydroponics system I found somewhere. It generated additional high-quality diagrams of specific parts of the system. Including the plumbing , nutrient delivery and electrical wiring. It's not entirely accurate. But I still like the concept. Great work.

>Nuclear weaponry is offensive in nature

It's also a deterrence.

I just use a usb switch to switch keyboard and mouse. For display input switching , I bought couple of dell ips monitors that allow switching via keyboard hot keys.

I don’t mind shorts. Especially when I have a few minutes to kill or just want something playing on a side Monitor. Just wish it would auto scroll to the next one without requiring an extension.

Not too long ago, a few gigabytes of data being stolen was a big friggin deal. Now they're swiping data in the terabytes or even petabytes.
