Is that why they invent new and totally unnecessary driver bits? And make it so that you can't even replace a component from one iphone with a 100% apple made component from another identical iphone?
It's obvious that apple has spent a lot of money on intentionally making their devices harder to repair.
I remember that I had some major problems with divinity on arch. Like I had to move around some files after every update, otherwise it wouldn't launch.
In my experience FF is not behind chrome with new features. It's usually on par, or even better. Sure safari is annoying. But the developer tools in firefox are alright. I even find them better when it comes to debugging css stuff.
Install Jitsi on your own vps (prefably hosted in your city) and your set.
A vps wiht 2 cores and 2 gb works really well at our company and costs close to nothing. Took maybe 4 hours to set up their docker-compose setup, it even does letsencrypt automatically.
