while we don't auto-apply to jobs for you, our browser extension, Simplify Copilot, makes it easier to apply to those multi-step application forms (workday, taleo, sap, etc.)
3x price increase for our team. Not a happy camper, mostly because I have no idea from where.
It's probably a great time to explore alternatives in case of future price hikes. The new pricing plan is immensely complicated, and might take the crown from GCP in price-complication.
Hey y’all! Glad you guys enjoyed our fun side project. We hadn’t officially launched yet, super surprised Hacker News found this haha
For context, we’re Simplify (YC W21), and we are building a candidate-first job search experience. We’ve been fine tuning some LLM models to improve resumes, and thought it’d be fun to also have it roast some resumes! If you’re on the job hunt, check out our free AI Copilot: https://simplify.jobs/copilot
I’m the author of the website. This was a fun experiment from Team Simplify (YC W21). Surprised hacker news found it because we hadn’t really launched this yet haha
We started by building a common app for jobs. One single profile that can be used anywhere on any job on the web. Recruiters index on so many different data points, and it makes it more straightforward for both parties if data is standardized
Yes, the recruiting process is archaic. That's what we're trying to solve at Simplify (YC W21).
Our goal is to modernize the job application process and make it as seamless as possible. We're building a common application that helps you both discover and apply to highly relevant jobs.
One of the tools that is powered by our common application is our Job Application Autofiller: https://simplify.jobs/autofill
With the autofiller, you are able to breeze through some of the most annoying job applications (think Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors and more). Our goal is to make this process as simple as one click.
Our thesis was the same: we want to make the job application process easier for everyone, and to prevent repetitive processes. We're looking to build a common application for jobs, and that starts with making your data work nicely with all ATS!
