You sound like a good fit for the CEO of a startup. Since you have a ton of savings why not try to start an idea based on your skills instead of waiting for a technical co-founder? Maybe a service business first.
I agree with you Felix. BD is normally associated with partnerships and sales which is why I decided to use Full Stack Hustler to cover a wider range of skills.
Yes its a very tricky place to be in. Building a business on a single platform is so dangerous these days. I had a friend who tried to build on facebook platform and had to shut down because of their rules and threats.
It certainly doesn't hurt. Any new venues to be noticed is one step forward. Only thing is not many people might know that this is happening so its hard to know how many people are going to be noticed. I believe that people should be building relationships on twitter anyways and then leveraging them for jobs.
