Is a company putting their ethical principles over profit necessarily a bad thing?

My favorite part was the senior engineer that said he worked like 4hr/week in Q1 probably a bit of hyperbole but knowing a few people that do work there I'd believe it. Working at Twitter sounds like a great deal.
