Thank you everyone for all the feedback and support. I'm not overwhelmed at work but it just feels like I'm playing catch-up with colleagues. Like knowledge of DBs kubernetes, production engineering stuff, I always thought upper year CS courses would teach all this stuff. But clearly from the comments it seems I have a warped understanding of school. I think I need to take a step back and get professional help because a masters program is not going to solve my anxieties.
