TB is not very impressive compared to a tiny place on the border to Bronx when I visited NY, it was the most amazing Mexican food I've ever had! Small tortillas(?) with all kinds of meat, even goat.
It has nothing to do with the Mexican gastronomy and most mexicans living in Mexico would refuse to eat there.
