May I suggest adding a brief introduction to your README to explain what it's useful for? I never heard of the TTS-Deck Editor nor of Tabletop Simulator, so I have no idea if and how useful it could be for me (and usually no free time to do the research myself).

Also, people may tell you that your post title does not follow HN rules and should be renamed to eg. "Show HN: YugiohCSVScraper".
