YES this would have saved me so much pain at my old company. Always had to get an engineer to make changes for me. Wish it existed back then...
something I wish existed. Operations teams have business context, but no direct control over even simple workflows. Engineers are overwhelmed updating rules logic, there’s no visibility/auditability and customer experience tanks.
