This is a stretch of logic even for a joke article. Slowdowns in processor are not "felt" by in-game entities, they are felt by outside observers.

You may want to read "Permutation City" or similar books. They talk about whole turning-tape simulations of entire universes playing out in very slow time through the replication of DNA-like strands inside some custom-engineered aliens.

At least, I think it was Permutation City!

It would be helpful if sites could label joke articles given they can be archived and accessed any time
