There’s a lot of changing the world. Less than 10% makes it a better place.
I don't remember "changing the world" being mocked in HBO's Silicon Valley and not seeing a mention of the "Making the world a better place" in the OP?
When someone says in a startup/recruiting/motivational context that they aim to "change the world", there's an implied "for the better".
That makes the OP's appeal to "change the world [for the better]" highly similar to the "make the world a better place" phrasing highlighted in the linked 'Silicon Valley' spoofs.

Note it is a cliche for ideologues and revolutionaries too. Depend on who listens it can mean "disrupt a market" or "being subversive".
Your branding is absolutely begging for a trademark dispute. Rethink that before attempting any sort of growth or your startup funding will be consumed by lawyers.
Hilariously if you start a call the loader is basically the chrome logo with purple added. This brand is so low effort it’s baffling
I think it's supposed to resemble the busy cursor from macOS: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spinning_pinwheel
It's a double hit. Google, of course, and the newish search engine You.com
Ouch, I wasn't even aware of that brand. Yikes.
maybe try:

I have an awesome prototype built:
YouOgle - Drop-in video chat app

Y Combinator has expressed interest. But there is one thing holding me back - I have yet to find the right co-founder. I am looking for a co-founder with expertise in marketing and sales.
Even if you aren't the right person, please upvote this and help us meet. This post could literally form a company in the next month.

What’s the killer app here that will get you your first million users? How does that compare to the many other chat applications?

I suspect that the combination of the name "YouOgle" and the visual design of the logo may get you the wrong kind of legal attention from a certain search/ad company.
Also: "you ogle"? Really?
Also: "you ogle"? Really?
What's so world-changing about another video-conferencing site? What is different, how will it be better? What is your vision for monetization?
Also, name sounds like it's aiming to be a camsite, is that actually your target audience?

With the name/focus/branding, I have to suspect this may actually be a prank/art-project/experiment:
(1) see who'll enable camera/microphone to a random site;
(2) log all acquired images/sounds for some secondary purpose, perhaps even redisplay to others to 'ogle' later.

Go to meetups in tech hubs my guy
You arent going to be able to min/max this, it requires human rapport from human in person interaction, not checking a box so an investor will more likely talk to you

Obvious trademark infringement aside, “video conferencing” site named YouOgle sounds more like an adult webcam service.
There are already a lot of free cloud-based video conferencing services. There are also a lot of open source ones too. How do you plan to make money and compete with Zoom, Google, etc? What is different about yours besides the logo and name looking like Google and YouTube had a baby?
Feature request: Allow to share audio from the computer. Then maybe I'll start using it.
This is pretty obviously a troll of some sort, especially considering ogle means to look at someone with sexual longing or desire.
I was scraping the web for the Google Analytics ID from your source code and I stumbled over this repo:
https://github.com/ianramzy/decentralized-video-chat
This looks pretty much like your UI, right?

Bob has clearly not understood the problem https://twitter.com/LeaKissner/status/1488956182798561281
This is actually pretty cool. This is perhaps the quickest way to make a video call. It doesn't require any account registration like the others.
There's a million services like that, what do you think makes this one special? The open source video calling service jitsi even has a demo instance accomplishing exactly the same feature with one click: https://meet.jit.si
good job if this is satire, causing "youogle" and "making world a better place" goes hand and glove haha!
If not, well- I don't have much to add, good luck!

This looks like a scam.
Even HBO's Silicon Valley series drew attention to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8C5sjjhsso
