What specific changes are you proposing to the NIH COVID-19 treatment guidelines?

All treatments carry some side effects and risks of iatrogenic harm, so sometimes no treatment is best.

Perhaps we can get to this after imprisoning ER doctors who murder half their patients by performing the heinous act of triage.
Seriously, some contrarians will construct high horses that would make the Tower of Babel look stubby, simply to look down their enlightened noses at the corrupt medical establishment.

The usual idiocy of clever clogs who think they are clever enough to see the sense made by authorities they consider to be clever.
The whole premises of Covid treatment was that only govt authorities had the knowledge to decide how "Covid" patients should be treated. Basically the state monopolized what was to be seen as the "correct" treatment protocol and stopped or delayed seriously ill people from seeing doctors who may have found alternative treatments, assuming that Covid was the only cause of their ailments.
They denied the vast majority of doctors who by seeing patients could have discovered other means of treating the illnesses, assuming the illness itself was a set of clearly defined symptoms, as well as treating other ailments that were incidental to Covid.
Without patented PCR tests none of this bullshit could have been sustained.
The whole policy was sustained on the premise that Covid was a highly dangerous disease that couldn't be treated normally because infected doctors could pass on the illness to their patients, when in fact 3 months into the lockdowns it was clear that the dangers were overblown, yet 2 years later the policy still applied. Why?
Why years after the initial onset this policy of "it is so deadly and contagious people will die when they see regular doctors" applied?

One day the policy will be seen as criminal negligence and gross medical misconduct on the part of health authorities.
