How would it affect states like texas with large crypto mining industries powered by wind farms.
Punitive carbon tax on crypto mining seems like a fair compromise.
I still have a passing interest in other cryptocurrencies that aren’t proof of work with the exception of monero which is interesting for its privacy goals. But things like Ripple/Stellar and Etherium’s new proof of stake and all the coins that will effectively move over with it are far more interesting.
