I really like GitLab as a company, just such a shame they insist on candidates having years of Rails experience, quite jarring coming from a company that is so welcoming in every other aspect. I've had multiple roles where I had to learn a new language/framework after starting and it has never ever been an issue.
It's quite geographically exclusionary too, given many countries have low Rails uptake as compared to the USA.
