Archive.is Appears to Be Down

All the domains I am aware of are working https://archive.ph https://archive.is https://archive.md https://archive.today well the homepages at least
Historically it's been up and down. It will go away for a while. There's also archive.today and archive.ph . Sometimes it gets firewalled by zealous sysadmins.
I also can't load archive.today. Both sites fail with dns error. I'm on comcast. Someone is blocking them, comcast or their dns providers?
